My name is Samantha Green, I was born and raised in Saskatchewan before taking off to Calgary, Ab for post secondary schooling. I am a certified Personal Trainer, business owner, wife and mother of two beautiful children. I am also certified in TRX, kettle bells, foam rolling, CPR along with multiple CEC’s over the years of attending fitness conferences learning the latest and greatest material within the fitness industry.
Fitness has been a passion of mine since I competed in my first WBFF bikini competition in 2010 where I placed 3rd. I then gained my Pro Card in 2011 and became a certified personal trainer. I undeniably became fascinated with sculpting and transforming my body by tweaking my macronutrients and following a training program to meet my desired goals.
I have been featured in Canada’s #1 Fitness Magazine, Inside Fitness, for the Hot & Fit 100 since 2012 placing as well as 2nd and 4th as well as landing my first cover on the Inside Fitness’s Women’s Training Guide. I have published many workouts with Inside fitness over the years and appeared in my local city news, The Calgary Herald News Paper & Swerve Magazine for fitness articles relating to the competing world and training postpartum moms.
I have worked with a diversity of clients over the years whether it was competitors, weight loss clients, expecting moms, postpartum moms, mental health, sport specific training for youth, performance training and general health and fitness clients. Working with the diverse clientele encouraged me to expand my knowledge in each department.
My knowledge expanded even more so on a personal level when I met my husband Tarik who offered me the family life. We were married February 2016, pregnant by March and our son was born December 25th, 2016….. I BECAME A FIRST TIME MOM. So not only was I educated on pregnancy and postpartum training via textbook, I have the personal experience to relate to my clients as well. For all those moms out there, we both know pregnancy isn’t something that you can simply explain. It’s something every woman needs to experience for herself to full understand the measures a woman’s body goes through during those 9 months and onwards.
As a new mom, pregnancy training and mental health programs have been near and dear to my heart as my life has transitioned into motherhood. Having battled a history of depression, my biggest fear with becoming pregnant was triggering postpartum depression. I specifically design a training program to keep myself in check during and after my pregnancy which I am so excited to share with you.
I encourage BALANCE in both diet and training which I truly believe is the ultimate happiness. My workouts aren’t always intense but they ARE CONSISTENT. It’s one habit I’m truly thankful for and it’s the best advice I could offer anyone I work with.

The my greatest goal is to encourage people to have balance and LIVE LIFE while creating a lifestyle that gets you to your fitness goals.
